Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How long does it take to onboard someone?
The average timeline for onboarding is 30-60 business days, depending on funding allotments for your reserve account, crucial documentation including I-9 submissions, and if your organization is a new or existing partnership.
What is the payment frequency?
Employees will be paid semi-monthly.
How much funding is required for my reserve account?
To ensure timely and uninterrupted payroll processing, we require all clients to fund a reserve account equivalent to four pay periods. Because we pay employees on a semi-monthly basis, this reserve covers approximately two months of payroll obligations. The reserve acts as a safeguard to protect employees from delays due to funding gaps and helps maintain compliance with employment and wage regulations.
Is there a limit to the number of employees that can be onboarded?
No, there is no limit to the number of employees your organization can onboard.
Who qualifies for health benefits?
Only full-time employees qualify for health benefits.
Does CoStaff have HR policies, including paid time off details?
Yes, we do have HR policies including a paid time off allowance that meets state and federal requirements. This policy can be provided upon request.
